Position: FT Customer Service Specialist - Work From Home
[Customer Support / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $50K per year + bonus / Medical, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO / Paid training - As a Customer Service Specialist at Key Source, you will:
Manage inbound call queues, assisting customers with returns, shipping concerns, credit issues, and general service inquiries, while routing sales-related calls to the appropriate team members;
Monitor and manage Outlook inboxes, responding promptly to internal and external requests including returns, tracking information, sales order submissions, and package investigations;
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues;
Accurately document all customer interactions and activities within the CRM system
