• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, restaurant, or similar environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate a computer and the web effectively
• Must be available to work shifts within the call center's operational hours (Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time)

• Proven ability to work reliably within a schedule, especially in time-sensitive environments
• Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute
