Customer Success Manager (Remote – Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, UK, France)

Fixed‑term position until June 2027

At M‑Files we help customers succeed by ensuring they get measurable value from our intelligent information management solutions. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) you will play a key role in driving that success by owning and growing a portfolio of customer relationships across the Nordics.

You will work closely with decision‑makers and stakeholders within your customer organisations, expanding your network and influence while ensuring that M‑Files technology delivers tangible business outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing customer relationships across the Nordics.
  • Partner with the Services team to deliver seamless onboarding and successful user adoption.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams across M‑Files to act as the voice of the customer internally.
  • Act as the primary driver of customer growth, retention, and expansion through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Measure and report on customer growth and retention (Gross Retention), expansion, and customer satisfaction and advocacy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of proven experience in Customer Success Management.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing customer accounts, including upsell and>
  • Experience working with customers in the Nordics is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, and strategic approach to managing your customer portfolio.
  • Experience with IT system implementations is a plus.
  • Swedish or German language skills are considered an asset;
    Finnish is not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role within one of our operating countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, UK, is not offered).
