• Coordinate and manage bookings for accommodations, transportation, and related services
• Research and compare options based on client preferences and budgets
• Confirm reservations and verify all details for accuracy
• Provide clear recommendations and helpful guidance
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
• Handle booking updates, changes, and service-related requests promptly
• Maintain organized and accurate client documentation
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
