A leading technology firm is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage client accounts, drive product adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with complex technology. This fully remote role requires occasional travel. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrate professionalism, and be familiar with the Salesforce ecosystem.

Salary range is $120,000-$160,000 per year plus variable compensation.
