A customer service organization in Grand Island, Nebraska, is seeking experienced customer service professionals for their Winter Campaign Project. Agents will take inbound calls primarily for donation processing. Ideal candidates should have at least 6 months of telephone experience, moderate computer knowledge, and strong communication skills. This role starts with certification and can lead to future projects depending on performance.

This position offers the opportunity to work from home during a peak season that runs from late November through December.
