Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls with insurance companies and renters to collect outstanding damage claims
• Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
• Collaborate with other team members
• Meet and exceed collection targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

• 1+ years of collections experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Fast learner
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
• Computer savvy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

This is a REMOTE position, must have a secure and distraction free environment.

Physical Demands:Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
