Key Responsibilities
Create and coordinate personalized intinerary plans for clients
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
Provide clear, accurate information and recommendations based on client preferences and budget
Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Manage updates, changes, and client service inquiries promptly
Maintain detailed and organized client records
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing development
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
Minimum age of 18
