We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for either part time or full-time, remote position. In this role, you will assist clients by providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. On a daily basis, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and maintain detailed records of communications to ensure efficient and accurate follow-ups.
