Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will play a critical role in driving outbound engagement and generating qualified merchant services opportunities. This position is ideal for a high‑energy professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, quota‑driven environment and enjoys being on the phone. The client is seeking consistent producers who are motivated, coachable, and excited to contribute to a growing team.

- Proven experience with outbound dialing in a telemarketing or call center environment
- Comfort working in a quota‑driven, performance‑focused role

- Strong reliability and ability to work onsite during initial training period
This position offers $15‑$17/hour, with monthly bonuses tied to KPI performance. The role is structured as temp‑to‑hire, with eligibility for remote work after an initial onsite ramp‑up period based on performance. Additional benefits may be available upon conversion, in accordance with client policy.
