What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices regarding medication and benefits
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate as needed
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and departmental standard operating procedures
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software systems efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center environment
- Previous call center experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with remote work settings
- Fluency in Spanish
- Strong PC skills and detail-oriented mindset
