A reputable customer service company is seeking experienced customer service professionals for their Winter Campaign Project starting in late November. Candidates will assist with inbound calls primarily for donation purposes. Applicants should have a minimum of 6 months formal telephone experience and be able to type at least 40 words per minute. Strong communication, self-motivation, and a customer-oriented mindset are required.

Certification will take place in mid-October, with onboarding possible within 48 hours of acceptance.
