Position: Lead, Support Center - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and resolve complex member/provider support center issues, ensuring effective communication and follow‑through
  • Collaborate with peers, leadership, and other departments to address member/provider concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide technical expertise and support across various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Assist representatives with escalated inquiries and recognize trends to suggest solutions
  • Document all support center communications accurately and meet individual performance goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • At least 4 years of customer service, call center, and/or sales experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Understanding of insurance products including Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace/enrollment processes
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to conduct thorough research while engaging with customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with systems such as Microsoft Teams, Genesys, Salesforce, and video conferencing tools
  • Previous call center experience
  • Managed care or healthcare experience
  • Broker or health insurance license
