Starting Pay Rate: $17/hr

Position requires 3-4 weeks of onsite training at Turning Stone Resort & Casino.

Your role? To greet callers with a warm welcome and ensure their needs are met promptly. From managing reservations with finesse to showcasing your expertise in our spa's offerings, you'll be the go-to guru for all things relaxation.

What you will do as a Spa Scheduling Representative:

• Maintains Forbes Standards as it pertains to guest service, phone etiquette, and front desk interactions.
• Ensure phone calls are answered in a timely manner and by the established phone procedures and script.
• Always being polite when speaking to guests on the telephone and at the front desk.
• Accurately makes reservations for spa using the appropriate tracking system. Inputs all guest information efficiently and with minimal errors.
• Maintains a general knowledge of all spa products, services and appointment availability.
• Maintains full knowledge of all current and upcoming Turning Stone events and promotions and advises guests accurately.
• Consistently encourages retail products and spa/salon services.
• Handles all money according to Turning Stone standards.
• Be logged in 5 minutes before scheduled time (UKG and B4T systems) and maintain normal work schedule while s includes taking scheduled breaks.
• Check and respond to all guest emails requesting assistance or services.
• Weekly Zoom meeting with supervisor and lead to keep connected with spa updates.
• Will be required to come on property to the spas 2 days per month. Days will be coordinated with direct supervisor.

To be successful as a Spa Scheduling Representative, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• One year previous receptionist experience preferred.
• A proper work space, free of noise and distractions when working at home.
• Reliable WIFI and cellular service when working at home.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to speak and understand the English language; must continuously communicate with a degree of professionalism and accuracy.
• Written communication skills essential; ability to read and understand information and records and complete standard forms.
• Previous computer experience needed; computer system is utilized to sell spa packages and appointments;
• Ability to multi task essential; multi-phone line and email guest interaction.
