Overview

We’re looking for passionate, detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Client Travel Advisor. In this fully remote role, you can help clients research, plan, and book personalized vacations — from tropical getaways to international adventures — all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who love helping others, have excellent communication skills, and want to grow their career in the travel industry. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and coordinate customized vacation packages, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
  • Provide expert destination advice and personalized travel recommendations
  • Communicate with clients professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on travel trends, promotions, and supplier offerings
  • Manage end-to-end coordination of bookings with travel partners
  • Maintain accurate client profiles, booking details, and travel documentation
Qualifications
  • Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using computers, internet tools, and online booking systems
  • Must be 18+ and reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region
  • No prior travel industry experience required; full training and certification provided
