Remote Outbound Sales Specialist

• Make outbound calls to utility customers to encourage enrollment in energy-saving programs
• Drive success in a high-volume sales environment while meeting production and quality goals
• Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
• Actively participate as a team member in a remote work environment, including training sessions
• Navigate scripts and support customer inquiries effectively

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality issues
• Experience in a call center environment, preferably in inbound/outbound sales

• Bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
• Strong sales orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intensive environment
