• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote energy-saving programs

• Navigate scripts effectively while managing multiple platforms during customer interactions

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality
• Sales‑oriented approach with a focus on customer service satisfaction

• Previous experience in an outbound sales environment
• Bilingual skills to assist Spanish‑speaking customers
• Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment
• Strong multitasking abilities while providing customer support
• A positive, “How can I help you?” attitude
