What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide service support to members and/or providers using multiple contact center communication channels
  • Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction
  • Accurately document details related to Member or Provider inquiries

  • Collaborate with various internal and external departments to resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to capture relevant information
  • Effective communication skills in a professional setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Genesys
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and video conferencing tools
  • Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
