• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs and encourage program enrollment
• Drive success in a high-volume sales environment while meeting production and quality goals
• Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
• Actively participate in team training sessions and contribute to a collaborative remote work culture
• Thrive in a commission-based role, meeting defined performance metrics

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer-facing environment
• Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• No attendance or punctuality concerns

• Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and intensive environment
• Strong multitasking skills while navigating multiple platforms
