• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to address their energy needs and encourage enrollment in energy-saving programs

• Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
• Actively participate in a remote team environment, including training sessions for professional development
• Navigate scripts effectively while providing customer support and addressing technical inquiries

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality issues
• Comfort with handling a committed schedule that includes set lunches and breaks

• Experience in an outbound sales environment
• Bilingual skills to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, intensive work environment while balancing customer support across multiple platforms
