Position: Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Account Representative

Responsibilities
  • Answer 50+ inbound calls per day, ensuring high-quality customer interactions
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in policy servicing, billing, and claims support
  • Proactively identify retention risks and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless transitions and minimize customer disruption
  • Document and maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems
Qualifications
  • At least ONE YEAR of relevant industry experience (preferably in insurance)
  • Must possess active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses (preferred to start, required to contribute)
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with resilience and adaptability
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in previous roles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with CRM and internal documentation systems
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and sales targets
  • Skills in process discipline and attention to detail
  • Ability to contribute solutions and improvements in team settings
