Telephone Sales Rep - Remote

Employer Industry: Fundraising Operations

• Paid training at $11 per hour (or state minimum wage, whichever is higher) for the first three weeks
• Base wage of $16 per hour after training, with bonus potential up to $20 per hour
• Retention bonuses available: $250 after 4 weeks and $500 after 7 weeks, based on performance

• Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects
• Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call
• Utilize fundraising call structure and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and respond quickly to potential donors
• Accept coaching and maintain a professional appearance and behavior

• Must work full‑time day shift Monday - Friday, with additional shifts during peak busy seasons
• Must reside in the continental United States
• Must possess a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi‑Fi)
• Must have a quiet, distraction‑free workspace to ensure professional interactions
• Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience

• A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus
• Strong communication skills with clear and effective verbal articulation
• Previous experience in a performance‑driven environment
• Familiarity with data entry and managing donor information
• Emotional resilience to handle potential setbacks in fundraising
