Overview
Job Title: Remote Customer Service Team Leader
Monthly Pay: $6,200 – $7,200
Summary:
The Remote Customer Service Team Leader supervises a virtual support team, ensuring service quality, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction goals are achieved. This leadership role focuses on coaching, workforce management, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Supervise remote customer support representatives.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service metrics.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Conduct virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Improve workflow and support processes.
- Leadership experience in customer support or call center operations.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and ticketing platforms.
