Ein Unternehmen im Kundenservice sucht erfahrene Freelancer im EU-Ausland für ein spannendes Inbound-Projekt. Die Aufgabe umfasst die telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Bestandskunden, sowie die Bearbeitung von Anfragen. Voraussetzungen sind ein Wohnsitz innerhalb der EU, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1/C2) und Erfahrungen im Kundenservice. Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit sind wichtig, und die Arbeit erfolgt zu 100% im Home-Office. Faire Dienstleistungsverträge und langfristige Zusammenarbeit möglich.
