We are currently hiring Travel Concierge to assist clients with planning and booking customized vacations. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling and training provided. If you enjoy helping others, staying organized, and working independently, this may be a great fit.

• Assist clients with vacation planning, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions
• Research and confirm reservation options using approved systems
• Provide destination recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
• Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and itinerary updates
• Maintain accurate client records and booking details

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer skills and reliable internet access
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible region
• Training and certification provided
