Remote Inbound Donor Service Agent

A customer service company is seeking self-motivated individuals to manage inbound calls for a Winter Campaign Project. Candidates should have at least 6 months of telephone experience, preferably in a call center, and possess strong listening and communication skills. Successful applicants will demonstrate accuracy and efficiency while managing calls. Certification is required, starting from October 15th, for those who want to be part of this busy seasonal project ending on December 31st.
