We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Remote Travel Experience Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will design unforgettable travel experiences for leisure and corporate clients worldwide handling every detail from inspiration to departure and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Create customized travel itineraries tailored to each clients vision and budget

  • Conduct client consultations to understand preferences, special requests, and travel goals

  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and experiences

  • Book flights, hotels, rental cars, excursions, cruises, and event tickets

  • Stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, and destination changes

  • Participate in ongoing training and vendor webinars to expand your expertise

  • Build strong relationships with travel suppliers and tour operators

  • Provide outstanding service before, during, and after client travel

  • Resolve travel issues quickly and professionally

  • Support marketing efforts to grow your client base

What Were Looking For
  • 18 years of age or older

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Reliable internet access and smartphone (laptop recommended)

  • Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is a plus — but not required

  • Passion for travel and helping others
