In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with travel research, coordinate reservations, and ensure every booking detail is accurate and complete. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, managing details, and delivering exceptional service. No prior travel industry experience is required;

training and ongoing support are provided.

• Process and manage reservations for flights, accommodations, cruises, and related travel services
• Research and compare booking options based on client preferences and budget
• Confirm reservations with travel suppliers and verify accuracy
• Provide general destination and itinerary information to clients
• Maintain detailed and organized booking records
• Follow established procedures for reservations and client communication
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings
