Role OverviewWe’re expanding and looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join our team as an Online Vacation Specialist. In this fully remote role, help clients turn travel ideas into unforgettable experiences from tropical beach getaways to bucket-list international adventures.

No prior experience required.
Primary Responsibilities- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences
- Design and coordinate customized vacation packages, including flights, resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions
- Provide expert destination insights and personalized recommendations
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Manage reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and supplier partnerships
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Maintain organized and accurate booking records
- Passion for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using online tools and digital systems
- Must be 18+
- Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region
