This is a Part-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Representative based in Baton Rouge, LA, with the option to work from home on specific occasions. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service support. The Client Relationship Representative will also focus on sales efforts, provide necessary training to clients, and act as a key communicator between the company and clients to address inquiries or feedback.

• Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs effectively
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and supporting their needs
• Experience in Sales and ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Skills in Training to onboard and support clients in understanding the platform
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle client concerns professionally
• Preferred experience in the social media, technology, or related industry
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively in a team
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
