Role Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with detailed itinerary coordination and planning
Research, compare, and confirm reservation options using approved systems
Provide accurate information and tailored recommendations based on client preferences and budget
Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and online platforms
Manage updates, changes, and service-related requests promptly
