A customer service company is seeking experienced professionals for their upcoming Winter Campaign Project in Rockford, Illinois. This role involves taking inbound calls, primarily for donations related to non-profit organizations such as PBS and NPR. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months telephone experience and be able to type 40 WPM or higher. Opportunity for larger earnings during the busy campaign.
