Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. This is a full‑time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Identify and elevate priority issues to the appropriate department
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide feedback to improve customer experience
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service expectations

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
• Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus
