ResponsibilitiesAssist clients in organizing and coordinating customized travel plans
Research and confirm reservation options using approved systems
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations tailored to client preferences and budgets
Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Manage booking updates, changes, and service-related inquiries efficiently
Maintain detailed and organized client documentation
Participate in virtual trainings and team meetings
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Minimum age of 18
