Position: Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Account Representative

Job Responsibilities
  • Answer 50+ inbound calls daily while maintaining high service standards
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in policy servicing, billing, and claims support
  • Identify retention risks and escalate issues to the sales team as needed
  • Maintain precise records in CRM and internal systems while executing service workflows
  • Communicate proactively with teammates and leadership to share growth opportunities and resolutions
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of relevant industry experience (preferably with the employer)
  • Must possess active Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses (preferred)
  • Ability to work at a desk and complete tasks during designated hours (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET)
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with a focus on retention
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and resilience in high-pressure situations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retention and sales targets
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development
