• Serve as a liaison between operations and the commercial organization to ensure efficient service delivery
• Monitor and manage service levels provided to customers, addressing any issues promptly
• Collect and resolve customer claims, ensuring effective communication throughout the process
• Support Customer Service Associates by providing guidance during escalated issues
• Track and report customer service issues, suggesting process improvements based on KPIs

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or transportation operations environment
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze situations, make decisions, and implement creative problem‑solving techniques

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the optical or healthcare industry
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Strong presentation and project management skills
