- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze situations, make decisions, and implement creative problem‑solving techniques
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the optical or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
- Strong presentation and project management skills
