Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Operator based in Creve Coeur, MO. The role involves providing exceptional customer service through phone answering and call management for diverse businesses. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Some work from home is acceptable while maintaining the flexibility to work on-site as needed.

Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and build rapport with callers.
  • Proficiency in call center operations, phone answering techniques, and managing call records efficiently.
  • Basic computer and software skills, including familiarity with call management systems and data entry processes.
  • Time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple calls and tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and reliable; capable of adapting to hybrid work settings and schedules.
  • Experience in a related field such as customer service or administration is an advantage.
