• Facilitate and solve problems while building relationships with customers and internal teams
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer experience
• Monitor customer usage of products and services to drive adoption and identify upsell opportunities
• Create individual success plans for customers to ensure loyalty and expansion
• Maintain expertise in the employer's technology and products to assist customers effectively

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant service or relationship management experience
• Prior SaaS account management experience is highly desired; healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Initiative in problem-solving and an orientation towards improving processes

• Experience in developing best-in-class service delivery methodologies and standards
• Willingness to share practices from previous roles that enhanced customer experiences
