Because workplace benefits often decrease or end when someone changes careers or retires, we focus on supporting individuals who request information and walking them through the options they are eligible for. Our team operates entirely in a virtual setting, giving us the ability to serve members and expand our team across Canada.

This is a remote, client-focused role centered around communication and service. You will connect with members who have expressed interest in learning more about their benefit options and schedule virtual meetings to review available coverage.

Daily responsibilities include presenting benefit information in a clear and professional manner, assisting with digital applications, keeping accurate records, and participating in ongoing training sessions. Comprehensive onboarding and continuous support are provided to help you succeed.

• High school diploma
• Strong verbal communication skills

• Customer service or retail experience is an asset but not required
