Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Part Time in Hybrid - US

This PART-TIME position is for a Customer Service Representative in support of a local State Farm Agency. PRIOR STATE FARM EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. The Agency is located at 112 W Harrison Ave, New Orleans, LA 70124. In-office hour requirements are afternoons (~12:30-4:30p) 3-5 days/week. This schedule can be flexible for the right candidate. The position requires you to have your Louisiana Property & Casualty insurance license.

Having a Life & Health insurance license is a bonus! If you already have State Farm experience, that is a bonus as well! • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
