Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline support to customers regarding their claims
  • Respond to inquiries, providing claim status updates, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Answer incoming status calls and provide direction and/or answers to basic claim questions
  • Set‑up appraisal assignments
  • Verify injuries
  • Promptly route incoming mail and faxes to the appropriate claims staff
  • Direct inbound claim calls to the proper staff representative
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, insurance, or related office environment
  • Basic understanding of auto claims processes, preferred
  • Able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish, preferred
