Pearls & Stars Exclusive Travel LLC is expanding our team and seeking detail-oriented individuals to join us as Remote Travel Consultants specializing in Destination Weddings. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating meaningful experiences, working closely with clients, and supporting couples as they plan one of the most important moments of their lives.
Our Destination Wedding Specialists work remotely while being supported by an experienced leadership team, structured training, and established supplier relationships.
What You’ll Do- Assist couples with planning and coordinating destination weddings and related travel
- Research and recommend resorts, venues, and wedding packages
- Coordinate guest travel arrangements, accommodations, and group reservations
- Create customized wedding travel plans based on client needs and preferences
- Manage timelines, documentation, and communication with suppliers
- Provide professional customer service to couples and their guests
- Complete supplier and destination wedding training
- Communicate effectively with clients and team leadership throughout the planning process
This opportunity may be a great fit if you:

- Are able to work independently in a remote environment
- Are willing to complete required training and certifications
- Have an interest in weddings, events, or group travel (experience helpful but not required)
Prior travel, hospitality, or event-planning experience is beneficial but not required. Training and mentorship are provided.
