- Create customized travel itineraries tailored to each client's vision and budget
- Conduct client consultations to understand preferences, special requests, and travel goals
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and experiences
- Book flights, hotels, rental cars, excursions, cruises, and event tickets
- Stay informed on travel trends, supplier updates, and destination changes
- Participate in ongoing training and vendor webinars to expand your expertise
- Build strong relationships with travel suppliers and tour operators
- Provide outstanding service before, during, and after client travel
- Resolve travel issues quickly and professionally
- Support marketing efforts to grow your client base
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable internet access and smartphone (laptop recommended)
- Sales, hospitality, customer service, or travel experience is a plus — but not required
