• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests
• Conduct virtual consultations to understand preferences, timelines, and budgets
• Research options and present customized recommendations
• Coordinate reservations for transportation, accommodations, and activities
• Prepare confirmations and organized client documentation
• Monitor arrangements to ensure accuracy and alignment with expectations
• Manage updates, schedule adjustments, or service modifications
• Maintain detailed digital records and communication logs
• Provide responsive, solution-oriented client support
