- Associate's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
- Familiarity with healthcare services and client relations
- Training or experience in keyboarding/data entry with emphasis on speed and accuracy
- Previous experience in a role involving client interaction in a healthcare setting
