Position: Sales Assistant - Remote, Travel In WI/IL 10-15%

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain client profiles with accurate and timely information regarding account requirements
  • Administer client satisfaction surveys and compile results for analysis
  • Act as a liaison for clients, coordinating tours and meetings for sales representatives
  • Document and resolve client concerns related to billing or service, sharing reports with supervisors
  • Run client reports from EMR or other software systems as requested by sales or operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce
  • Familiarity with healthcare services and client relations
  • Training or experience in keyboarding/data entry with emphasis on speed and accuracy
  • Previous experience in a role involving client interaction in a healthcare setting
