• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
• Help customers resolve basic technical issues.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.

• Current Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Open availability and a high school diploma or GED.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies.
• A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing.
• High-speed internet connection (no wireless/hotspots or satellite).
