• Must be a current Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED

• Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Desktop or laptop availability for required testing
• High-speed internet connection with no wireless/hotspot or satellite
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
