• Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
• Update accounts with new information received from clients and communicate escalated issues as necessary
• Facilitate successful recovery of assigned collateral while demonstrating product and service knowledge
• Perform all responsibilities 100% via computer, without field work or travel
• Engage in customer service interactions and maintain a detail-oriented approach

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and account management experience, or equivalent
• Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise direction
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required

• Experience with collateral repossession
• Background in collections, asset recovery, skip tracing, or credit experience
• High level of proficiency using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
• Previous experience working in a remote environment
