• Current Ultimate Medical Academy Graduate
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Open availability for scheduling
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong computer navigation skills and a distraction-free work environment

• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Experience in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment
