Connect with homeowners to support their home improvement projects, answer questions about ongoing work, and offer additional services. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to customers, discuss project details, and help ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Successful contractors in this role are sales-forward and can “talk shop” with customers.

• Create Profile (filling out the apply fields at the bottom of this page)
• Complete Assessments (only one-attempt is allowed)
• Pass PC scan (must be on a computer, not mobile device)
• Record Video Interview (can re-record as many times as needed)
• Earn up to $0.27 per customer interaction minute with a guaranteed minimum of 39 minutes

• Comfort in consultative sales and outbound calling
• Knowledge of home improvement and remodeling
• Ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly tone and professional demeanor

• Program is open Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT
• Organized desk area
• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, at least 10 MBPS
• Wired internet connection, such as cable, fiber optic, or DSL (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or mobile internet)
• Windows 11 operating system
• Windows Security/Microsoft Defender Antivirus (included in Windows 11 and free to use), running and up to date
• Wired USB headset with microphone
• Mac users:
  Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
